Proof of Damage: If you have questions or require guidance on providing proof of damage, contact us within the 8-day period. We will consider your initial inquiry as a valid report, even if we do not respond immediately. This ensures that the 8-day reporting window remains valid while awaiting our response.
Replacement Costs: We will cover all costs associated with sending a replacement certificate. You will not be responsible for any shipping or handling fees related to the replacement.
To ensure a smooth process, please provide all necessary documentation and reach out with any questions within the specified 8-day period.
